Inward opening French doors

Our inward opening French doors are designed to match your tilt and turn windows, featuring a thin frame and a generous glass area for maximum daylight. They offer the same functionality as tilt and turn windows, creating a consistent and practical design throughout your home.
Choose timber or alu clad to match your window system, with the option of single or double doors. Every door is prefinished and supplied with an integrated frame for easy installation, with low threshold options available for a smooth transition outside.
French door types
A tilt-and-turn door has a single sash that opens in two distinct ways via a single handle:
- Tilt – the top of the window tilts inwards from the bottom hinge at the opening edge, providing secure ventilation that keeps out rain.
- Turn – the sash swings fully inward on side hinges, offering full access for cleaning or emergency exit.
Handle positions control these modes:
- Vertical (downwards) – locked and sealed.
- Horizontal (~90°) – tilt mode for ventilation.
- Diagonal (~45°) – leaves minor gap for micro ventilation.
180° rotation = turn mode for full open access

Outward opening French doors
Timber or Alu-clad
Our outward opening French doors come in timber or aluminium clad finish and use a slim frame to maximise natural light. Designed to complement your window system, they are available as single or double doors to suit the layout of your home.
Opening outwards keeps floor space free, which is especially useful in compact rooms, and provides easy access to the garden or patio. This style delivers a smooth transition outdoors, with generous glazing for maximum light and ventilation. One leaf can be locked in place for everyday use, or both doors can be opened and secured for unobstructed opening.
Our French doors feature an engineered timber frame with triple-layer safety glass and secure locking system. Finished in any RAL colour, it is a strong choice for modern homes that prioritise large glazed areas, warm interiors and clean architectural lines.
